Buyers never pay
Corporate buyers take part in the Buyer Community, its roundtables and its research free of charge.

The WBTF Buyer Community
Corporate buyers and their purchasing power are what give a business travel community its value. The Forum is built around them, and around the executives who give them their mandate.
Why buyers, and why their leaders
Corporate travel, procurement and mobility managers decide how billions of dollars of business travel are bought. They know the suppliers, the policies and the travellers better than anyone.
The strategic decisions, about growth, markets, talent and sustainability targets, are often taken one or two levels above them, by the chief executives, finance, people and sustainability officers they report to. A business travel programme only changes when both levels agree.
That is why the Forum brings buyers and their C-suite together in the same rooms and in the same Global Councils.
Our promise to buyers
Trust is the currency of this community. These principles are written into how the Forum works with every partner.
Corporate buyers take part in the Buyer Community, its roundtables and its research free of charge.
Buyer contact details and survey answers are never sold, rented or shared with suppliers. Research results are published only in aggregate.
Partners earn access to buyers who opt in to meet them. Every supplier meeting at a WBTF event is requested or accepted by the buyer.

Our commitmentBuyer data, buyer research
Every month, the Buyer Community's pulse survey feeds the WBTF White Paper. Contributors see the results first, with a private benchmark of their own programme. Over the year, the papers build into the Value of Travel Report, launched at the Annual Meeting each November.
